I’m a student and fitness lover who discovered Hyrox as the perfect mix between running and gym training. I’m not an elite athlete; I’m learning, testing, failing, and improving exactly like the people who read this blog.

Hyrox felt different from a classic race or a random workout: same 8 km of running, same 8 stations, same format for everyone, from beginners to pros. It gives you a clear goal, a date on the calendar, and a reason to show up to training even when motivation is low.
